Why Wavemere

What Sets Our Journeys Apart

West Coast Specialist

Our crew knows the Selangor coastline, the shipping lanes, and the quiet bays that most vessels pass by. Local knowledge shapes every route.

Meals Curated Onboard

Every tour includes meals designed to the region — Malay brunch, coastal Chinese lunch, and fresh breakfasts at anchor. Food is part of the journey.

Experienced Maritime Crew

Each departure is led by captains and crew with years of Malaysian coastal experience. Safety is handled with care; comfort comes naturally.

Well-Maintained Vessels

The yacht is kept to a high standard — clean, comfortable, and properly equipped. What you see in communication is what you board at Port Klang.

Flexible Pacing

Tours are paced for comfort, not efficiency. Anchorage stops are generous. There is time to swim, photograph, or simply sit. Nothing is rushed.

Safety Certifications Current

All vessels hold current Marine Department Malaysia certifications. Safety equipment is maintained and regularly inspected to MMEA standards.

Common Questions

Answers Before You Sail

Where do tours depart from?

All tours depart from Port Klang, Selangor. For the Putrajaya Lake to Coast Transfer, we arrange ground transport from Putrajaya to the port as part of the journey. Exact pier information is shared after booking confirmation.

How many people can join a tour?

Our yacht accommodates up to 10 guests per departure, keeping each journey comfortable and personal. Minimum booking is 2 guests. Private charters for the full vessel are available — contact us for details.

What happens if the weather is unsuitable?

Departures are assessed against MMEA weather advisories. If sea conditions fall outside safe operating parameters, we reschedule at no additional cost. The decision is made by the captain in the interest of passenger safety — not inconvenience.

Are meals and beverages included in the price?

Yes. Meals are included in all tour packages as described — brunch for the half-day transfer, a full coastal lunch for the full-day tour, and all meals plus crew services for the overnight passage. Soft drinks and water are provided throughout.

What should guests bring on board?

Sunscreen, a hat, light clothing, and a change of clothes for swimming tours. Non-slip footwear is recommended. We provide life jackets, towels (for overnight passage), and sunscreen is available on board. A full packing list is sent with your booking confirmation.

How do I confirm a booking and what is the payment process?

Submit an enquiry through our contact form or call us directly. We'll confirm date availability and send a booking summary. A 30% deposit secures the date; the balance is settled 48 hours before departure. Payment via bank transfer or DuitNow QR.

Can tours be customised for private events?

Certainly. The vessel can be arranged for corporate outings, small family celebrations, or team gatherings. Routes, catering, and timing can be adjusted within operational constraints. Reach out and describe what you have in mind.
